Senior Manager - Analytics - FMCG
- At present, We are having an urgent opening for Manager / Sr. Manager, Analytics for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at MUMBAI location..
- The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 1200 - 1600 crores
Reporting to : CEO
TO START OF IT WILL BE AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE, in some time Zonal teams will be reporting to him.
Role :
- Will be acting as an Analytics Manager for a new vertical (Sales Support Vertical) Driving Analytics roadmap for the Entire Sales domain of the company (including GT / MT / International Business)
- Will work on analytics-based business data of the company helping on the futuristic growth with long term perspective
- Will be spearheading Data Management & Analytics Function of the company
- Will be Responsible for Creating, designing and analyzing monthly Cost to Sales Dashboard, Daily Sales dashboard including all business KPIs and Marketing dashboard using Business Intelligence tools
- Will be responsible for collaboration with business stakeholders to perform data analysis and identify white space
- Will be responsible for Trend analysis, Spend Analysis, Business Forecasting, Market Forecasting through severe data mining and data crunching
- Leading Business Analysis & Performance Diagnosis through monthly ExCom, Category and Commercial Reviews
- Deliver solutions and strategy by performing Data Analysis on historical and hierarchical data and applied Statistical models and Machine Learning techniques to gain insights from the data
- Create data mart and dashboards to capture trade promotion spends and help business optimize promotion revenue, volume and profitability
Sales Forecasting & Industry forecast :
- Design a unique data architecture of dealing with data to integrate both internal and external data.
- Identify common dimensions that tie data from different data sources
