Senior Manager/Manager - Analytical Solutions - Data Analytics Domain - KPO

Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Solutions (Data Analytics)

Location: Pune

Qualification: MBA/ PGDBM or equivalent

- Solution development: Work with clients to build analytical solutions across Industry Verticals leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise

- Develop Service solutions, applications and products which can be commercially leveraged.

- Provide thought leadership on new trends in analytics. Constantly develop the team with the latest updates in the Data Analytics and technology domain

- Strong support to lead conversion

- Responsible for initial account delivery and management

- Identify and drive farming opportunities across existing clients

- Drive company's growth strategy with the top management

- Building RFPs, RFIs, proposal writing and review. Bid management

- Conceptualize and develop relevant solutions for clients as per requirements

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in a Solutioning role

- Experience required in Solutioning for Data Analytics

- Experience on leading multiple analytics engagements

- Strong Analytical skills

- Problem-solving skills
