Our client is a very large, well established reputed multinational org and is a leader in EdTech/e-Learning space providing higher education in the areas such as Big data, Data Science, AI ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing etc. Job Title : Sr Manager - Accounts (Head of Controllership) What would you be doing : Your primary job responsibility will be : - Own, manage and scale accounts operations including a large accounts team - Periodical closing of books of accounts including Annual Financial Statements - Responsible for all the compliance requirements including TDS, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, etc. - Lead all internal, statutory and special audits - Management of Internal Control Systems commensurate with the growing business requirements - Drive accounting process improvements with best industry practices - Monthly and annual accounts closure - Lead AP, AR and business partnerships including new contracts - Handle banking relationships - Training other team members on new developments in the accounts and finance function - Support in the implementation of new accounting system What are we looking for? - Qualification : Chartered Accountant - Experience : 8-10 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in controllership/accounts - Attitude to go get things done, attention to details, have high integrity, focus on business improvement &amp; innovations, and a great team player Location : Gurgaon
