The Senior Manager/Manager, Account Development is a key member of the Our Client's sales management team, responsible for pipeline generation through the development and leadership of the Account Development team (Outbound Sales). Responsibilities - Hire, on-board, and coach a team of world-class ADMs. - Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas in high growth customer segments. - Design and execute touch cadence to educate and convince prospects to engage (lead gen). - Manage all outbound activities and scale prospecting/pipeline generation best practices across the target segment. - Accelerate opportunity pipeline generation for each segment as needed to exceed sales bookings goals. - Emphasize core sales philosophies to align with those of the Account Management teams - Set consistent pipeline goals across each business segment and ensure team goals are met. - Brainstorm pipeline acquisition ideas and objectives - Make prospecting calls regularly to coach and to experience the challenges first hand. - Host regular team meetings to emphasize ongoing training, peer-to-peer sharing and adjustments to overall strategies - Aid in developing and monitoring compensation plans and attainment - Communicate pipeline expectations and forecasts internally Qualifications - 4+ years pipeline creation experience required - 3-5 years of sales experience is required - People leadership experience is preferred - Experience in recruiting and onboarding team members is preferred - Experience in coaching and training is preferred -&nbsp;Cross-functional experience (customer service, marketing etc.) is desirable. - Experience with using sales technology platforms - Proven track record of balancing multiple territory needs, differing vertical nuances or product lines - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Excellent both written and verbal communication - Experience working in a startup environment preferred
