Principal Duties And Responsibilities: As an SM CMT (Telecoms) team, the primary role will be to work with leadership team and CMT /Telecoms clients globally. This would include ability to identify capabilities relevant for telecoms that would enable growth of utilization of this distributed team. He/she should have deep industry/functional knowledge and have an entrepreneurial ability to work with the CMT leadership team to identify opportunities with target accounts and account teams and develop capabilities and create new opportunities for growth of the team. Key responsibilities include: - Ability to shape/solution consulting opportunities by working across multiple BD's and RFP's in assigned and supported geographies baking in CN as an integral part of the solution - Enable a cross collaboration across different capability teams from CN to participate in shaping up opportunities or providing solutioning support for consulting proposals - Develop the very strong relationship with CMT Leadership team in the assigned geographies and establish a strong credibility with Consulting leaders within CMT MDs - Continuously develop and evolve CN solutioning approach bringing in Distributed Consulting to life as much as possible - Manage Accenture internal and external client relationships for 1-2 big accounts with the primary responsibility grow Capability network utilization in the Account Should be able to get engaged in client project delivery as well with ~70% chargeability for self Business Development: - Ability to independently respond to client RFPs on a range of contemporary telecoms practice areas, and to influence client decision making in favor of Accenture - Ability to leverage Accenture assets and personal credibility in core Telecoms practice areas - Ability to sell self independently for project roles, as well as to sell a Consulting pyramid (comprising Analysts, Consultants &amp; other Managers) leveraging Capability Network practitioners - Ability to take on a progressively higher personal sales target and to achieve that continuously Project Delivery:. The person is expected to maintain high personal chargeability by Independently building personal credibility with key Accenture stakeholders in assigned geography and helping sell and deliver in that geography. Liaise with CXO's at client location/s in an unstructured client environment. Work with senior stakeholders and lead challenging projects under aggressive timelines. These projects may be executed by leading teams with any or all of the following key responsibilities : - Defining Strategy/ Roadmap or plans - Prepare Operational Impact Analysis and business cases to analyze the project in terms of cost and FTE - Acting as an interface between business and technology teams in relevant Telecoms projects - Designing and Implementing Digital Strategy for telecoms clients - Leveraging Web Sales in Telecoms - Process Design/ Redesigns in Telecoms - Business Risk Assessment Team This role needs significant team leadership skills.
