Senior Manager - Maintenance for Mumbai location

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance projects, resource monitoring and control, procurement, quality assurance, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products through team management, while also managing a designated region independently.

Accountabilities / Expected Outcomes:

Key Activities:

Project Cost Management:

Efficiently control planned resources and equipment to manage maintenance costs and achieve GMR targets.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure maintenance quality through planned preventive service, coded maintenance, and on-site supervision by managers, engineers, and technicians.

Safety Compliance:

Prioritize technician health and safety through regular KYK meetings, initial safety inductions, safety patrols, and recognition programs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Coordinate effectively with customers and promptly address any issues raised to enhance satisfaction levels.

Technical Oversight:

Monitor quality control reports submitted by the team, liaise with manufacturers to address issues, oversee shipment schedules for variation orders, and provide necessary support to resolve major technical challenges.
