Profile : M&A Tax-Sr Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Advising clients on corporate re-structuring involving mergers, demergers, joint-ventures, business transfer, share acquisitions, inbound structuring/ funding .

- Conceptualization and implementation of mergers/ demergers/ hive-offs/ JV collaborations/ share transfer etc.

- Analysis of tax laws, corporate laws, foreign exchange control regulations, SEBI laws including takeover code, stamp duty, and other regulatory aspects in relation to the above .

- Preparing high quality presentations, and concept/ advisory notes and related memorandums, reports, emails (internal and external).

- Knowledge of Transaction Execution and valuation
