- Strong knowledge of best practices and trends in global supply chain, purchasing and procurement, inventory, vendor management and logistics

- Lead D2C and B2B warehousing and logistics strategy.
- Vendor Management (Negotiating Rates, Service performance, and SOP adherence) - 3P warehouses, Couriers and local transport vendors, Packaging vendors etc)
- Stock Management of 25 cr worth of goods - Maintain inventory accuracy across multiple locations and ensure all warehousing processes are followed without any discrepancies (Inwards/Outwards/QC checks/FIFO/Packing/Selleable and Non-Selleable/Returns/Disposal/Stock counting/Periodic Audits)
- Manage strategic initiatives design & execution: capacity planning, vendor development,
- Vendor Scouting - Keep a close eye on industry trends and new advancements and get new age vendors to improve Supply chain experience for customers in turn.
- Improve TAT for D2C shipments for end customer and have processes in place for better customer experience wrt delivery (i.e reduce RTOs, Fake attempts, Courier disputes etc)
- Ensure rotation of Courier partners at pincode level basis performance
- Work with local vendors for Time slot based deliveries in Modern trade and marketplace channels. And PTL partners for First and Middle mile logistics.
- Work on Route optimization for B2B deliveries
- Knowledge of ERP software and order processing
- Will be also responsible for Export shipments handling
Bachelor's degree required (Tier 1 College : IIT / NIT / BITS / IIIT)
- At least 3-5 years of experience (Prior work in a start-up will be an added advantage)
- Experience in handling clients/vendor in previous role
- Should be adept in Advance Excel
