Senior Manager - Litigation - FMCG

- Litigation, to give business the edge by pre-empting its need [foolproof agreements etc]

- Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliances and all litigation matters

- Support filing of cases & defend cases filed against Company - criminal & Civil

- Handle of S/138 cases, consumer case notices, recovery, defamation, attend court & liaison with advocates

- Familiar with FSSAI, Drug adulteration laws, terms of sales deeds etc

- Well networked with court & government authorities; manage all external legal interfaces; handle senior counsel

- Experience in IPR and trademarks preferred

- Handle situations in a not very structured set-up; capable of setting up systems & taking it forward
