Senior Manager - Litigation - BFS/FMCD/Internet/Online

- Strategic thinking on Litigation requirements

- Drafting/Vetting of petitions, legal notice and other legal documents

- Conducting legal research related to the litigation matter

- The candidate should have extensive experience in leadership /handling litigations/disputes before various judicial forums

- Supervise and direct outside counsel on multiple litigation matters

- Build awareness of legal risk exposures and set up policies and processes for legal risk identification and mitigation.

- Implement a continuous improvement process with regard to contracts by reviewing them at regular intervals
