Senior Manager - Liabilities & RWA Optimization - Transaction Banking

Job Purpose

The individual will take responsibility for supporting the Transaction Banking business covering areas like analytics to support Cash portfolio optimization, governance and control of RWA recognition and booking model review.

The Role Responsibilities-

- Support LRO initiatives such as MI, IBOR, Model X Enhancements and RoRWA optimisation

- Support monthly processes with appropriate procedures, documentation and controls in place monthly Cash MFUs (manual file upload), TB RWA portfolio review and provide justifications on RWA movements ensuring compliance by audit standards.

- Perform manual adjustments in the RWA calculation engine with appropriate controls and documentation in place to ensure accurate RWA capture and reflection in our Balance Sheet.

- Provide MI reporting and analysis for Cash and Trade. Ensure complete and accurate data reporting.

- Support reporting and analysis for balance sheet deep-dives OPAC, FTP, RoRWA trade optimisation.

- Customisation of MI for stakeholders as required.

- Continuously develop superior visualisation techniques to better inform stakeholders.

- Test and support BCRS / RAY release change as well as other UAT for Cash models.

- Support LROs initiatives / justification at the Operational Balance Sheet Committee (OBSC), Group / Country Asset Liabilities Committee (GALCO / ALCO), e.g. Monthly RWA forecast and OPAC analysis

- Support Capital Management Initiatives as per budget and OBSC decisions.

- Initiate process improvements and roll out enhanced data quality / analytics used to support the teams mission.

- Support regulatory and model changes, ensure system process and enhancements are in place.

- Support process flow to get correct RWA relief from corporate trade distribution.

- Support ad-hoc OPAC, RWA and RoRWA queries.

- Knowledge on regulatory framework (Basel, CRR) and regulatory changes in the external environment.
