Senior Manager - Lender Relations - Financial Services

We are looking for Senior Manager - Lender relations

Reporting to Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities :

1. Building the business plan for the Region/Segment :

- Delivering the right number and mix of lenders by quarter

- Budgeting for the region including increase in customers by channel in each lender

- Facilitate the ZH for preparation for Lender call with analytics etc.

2. Delivery of the budgeted business volumes :

- Achieving the budgeted number of pre - approved users

- Retention of existing lenders and increasing business through them

- Create opportunities to maximize penetration in the Lender customer base

- Deliver the portfolio development target per lender

- Relationship management of the lender

Key Relationships:

- Lender On Boarding team

- Operations Team

- Portfolio / Campaign team

- Merchant team

- Legal and Compliance

- Engineering and Product team

- Post-graduate degree in business management

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably financial services, payments

- Very strong on influencing and negotiation
