Location - Jaipur To handle all civil /criminal /arbitration litigations filed against or on behalf of the company, to ensure replies to legal notices / show cause received from regulatory authorities, to provide legal support in documentation process of land acquisition for Retail Outlet expansion and to co-ordinate with the advocates and counsels in order to secure the interest of the company and ensure compliance with the law and company policies. ACCOUNTABILITIES : - To handle litigations filed by the company. - To handle litigations filed against the company - To handle legal issues involved in land acquisition for Retail Outlet expansion - To co-ordinate with advocates / attend hearings and keep track of all litigations. - Updating & MIS - RO Audit - Completion of RO Audit as per plan - Advice- Advising the business on all issues relating to Law A. Educational Qualifications & Certifications : LLB B. Total Experience : 08-12 C. Functional Skills : 1. In-depth knowledge of laws and their applicability 2. Good writing skills to be able to draft documents D. Behavioural Skills : 1. Quick decision making ability 2. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
