Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory : Offer expert legal advice and guidance on non-litigation matters related to real estate, including property acquisitions, leases, contracts, zoning regulations, compliance, and other relevant areas.
Contract Review : Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and property management agreements.
Due Diligence : Conduct thorough legal due diligence on prospective real estate projects, including title searches, land surveys, environmental assessments, and other necessary investigations to identify potential risks and ensure legal compliance.
Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as real estate licensing requirements, anti-money laundering laws, fair housing laws, and data protection regulations.
Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of legal documentation and records related to real estate transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to record-keeping protocols.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and issues associated with real estate projects, and develop proactive strategies and solutions to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external legal counsel, government authorities, and other stakeholders to address legal matters, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth real estate operations.

Qualifications and Requirements - LLB/LLM
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a non-litigation legal professional, preferably in the real estate sector, Manufacturing, Logistics & Construction sector
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws specially RERA regulations, and industry practices.
