Senior Manager - Legal - Real Estate

- End to end contract management

- Strong profile with commercial leasing i.e Lease Deed, Sub-Lease Deed, Memorandum of understanding, Leave and License Agreement, conveyancing

- Should have experience in Retail Leasing or Shopping Mall Leasing.

- Complete lease and management agreements

- Managing JV agreements

- Drafting legal notices, suits, applications in civil and criminal matters and other related documents, deeds and agreements.

- Complete drafting and registration of deeds and agreements for Leasehold / Freehold land and apartments.

- Maintaining sustained contact with legal professionals, regarding Legal cases and opinion.

- Appearing before Courts, Tribunals, Forums (High Court, City Civil Court, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Consumer Forum, etc.,) and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues.

- Acting as In-house legal counsel to the Management
