Detailed Job Description:
Summary
- Quality and timely execution of agreements/legal documents related to International Markets
- Business deal Risk analysis and mitigation
- Alignment with business interest in in-licensing deals and out licensing deals
Job Responsibilities :
- Review, draft, negotiate agreements with internal stakeholders and counter parties (CDAs, Distribution, LSA, Joint Development, In-licensing, API supply, TT, MSA, CTAs, CMO, MSA, MOU) while dealing with complex matters in a manner to minimize risks and maximize business/legal rights
- Advising business on deal terms, negotiation positions, legal implications and solutions for bottlenecks
- In-licensed ARV commercialization: execute agreements with no or minimum deviation from existing template
Skills and Knowledge
- Legal knowledge (drafting, interpretation, and analysis)
- Commercial understanding
- Regulatory, IP understanding and impact analysis ability
