Senior Manager - Legal - Non-Litigation - LLB - KPO/BPO

- Handling service provider contracts in multiple geographies, including US, Canada and the Middle East etc.

- Work independently, and respond quickly and effectively to any issues raised by Business.

- An excellent understanding of business context and demonstrable expertise in handling delicate negotiations will be critical.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Graduate from a top law school (graduates from one of the national law schools preferred).

- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in contract law and general corporate in a law firm or in-house position will be required.

- Candidate must have experience in drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in multiple geographies, especially US and Canada. Prior experience in the IT/ITES industry preferred.

- Experience in business partnering to senior executives, understanding of business context and expertise in formulating and implementing contract management processes.
