Urgent Hiring with the MEP/EPC Industry for the Profile of Senior Manager(Legal) for the Gurgaon Location

Profile: Senior Manager(Legal)

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: LLB

Experience: 7-13Years

Budget: Upto 20 LPA

Role and Responsibility:

- Drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization of various Agreements like Service Agreements, NDA, Software Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Lease Agreements etc.,

- Working with Bid team and extending all the support like reviewing GCC, SCC, Risks involved in the RFP/Project.

- Handling various Arbitrations, writs, and other litigations by coordination with internal team and external Lawyers,

- Working with various stakeholders of the Company and extending them day-to-day routine legal support like drafting letters, execution of Bonds, Affidavits, Undertakings, Vendors KYC etc. to various stakeholders of the Company.

- Working with third parties such as Subcontractors, Vendors etc. to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

- Acting as the main point of contact for all legal matters of the Company

Job Specification:-

- Excellent Drafting skill

- Minimum 7-13 years of experience in MEP/EPC Industry handling various RFP, Contracts, Arbitrations, or other litigations.

- LL.B (with relevant experience in the same industry)

- Communication Clear and precise communication with peers with the right interpretation of information.

- Proficient use of MS Office can extract and manage data efficiently and develop reports

- Good in contract management and communication with client

- Proactive and good interpersonal skill Maintain harmonious relation with internal and external client

- Cost control mindset.
