Position : Senior Manager - Legal

Reports to : Head - Legal (Executive Director)

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 8-12 Years

Qualification: LLB

Gender (M/F) : Preferably Male due to extensive travel to remote locations

Specific Experience Required:

- Experience in land acquisition and land laws

- Should have exp. at Corporate level

Job Responsibilities : 

Core Responsibilities: 

- Assisting in reviewing title documents

- Preparing title observations and summary

- Online search of property records

- Visit site or Lands purchased

- Co-ordinating with lawyers & clients and attend meetings

- Adherence to SOP & department procedures.

Skills :

- Fluent English Language

- Good in Communication

- Drafting

- Co-ordination

- Reporting

- Understanding of land & directions
