Senior Manager - Legal - Manufacturing

- You should be adept in drafting and reviewing Supply agreements, Master Service agreements, Advertising agreements, Marketing agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, Licensing & Merchandising agreements;

- Build a Claims management system for customer settlement and legal administration process.

- You should be able to managing Legal Relations with primary and secondary intellectual property infringers.

- Identify and control potential compliance risks through product/service/labor from collaborating with the Compliance Team in respect of the same;

- Providing legal advice on applicability of various laws in relation to launch of new products; verticals and categories; legal requirements with respect to various marketing campaigns

- Prevention of Copyright infringement from other businesses. Issue of legal notices to Infringers on real time basis. Collation and Reporting of data on a daily and monthly basis.-

- Negotiation of Payment Gateway and Payment Option agreements.

- Build standardized Draft License agreements and Lease deeds.

- Advising the business on issues related to data retention and information technology, IT-enabled services and connectivity related issues, safety regulations, ARAI guidelines and norms, and RBI guidelines for payment systems, online prepaid payment instruments.

- Ensure compliance with India's Electricity Act

- Providing legal advice on applicability of various laws and build policies for business initiatives: Pre-paid Payment Instruments business; Vendor Management.

- Drafting and Reviewing of Commercial Contracts

- Contract Law / Due Diligence/ Licensing/ Legal Writing

- Ability to represent company in face to face negotiations with customers.

- Should be able to act Independent of supervision and show responsibility

- Communicate with Internal business stakeholders
