Designation : Sr. Manager- Legal

Core Skill Set/Job Responsibilities :

- Should have experience in a reputed law firm or power sector (MANDATORY).

Litigation management : To handle all litigation matters across India and review ongoing legal cases filed by / against the Company and advice management accordingly.

Appearing in Courts : To represent the company before the Courts across India and brief Counsels and advice the Counsels on important technical and commercial and legal implications from a company point of view.

Manage Counsel : Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.

- Drafting and review of commercial agreements and contracts such as EPC contracts, joint venture agreement, services related contracts, consultancy agreement, PPA, MoUs, term sheet for such contracts and agreements.

Identification of legal risks : Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.

Experience : 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.
