Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - Mall Development Firm

Responsible for mainly non litigation for retail & real estate business, including drafting agreements like Development, Sale, Lease, Leave & License etc and managing the leasing administration process

Ensure project compliance; negotiate with project suppliers & review contracts

Drive legal negotiations personally with inline/vanilla clients & tenants, registration of the final agreement document, compliance of all legal documents with relevant legal framework

Vet termination notices to be sent to retailers & review replies to notices received; Manage out of court settlements in coordination with relevant business leadership

Ensure compliance with Laws of Contract, Property, Intellectual Property Rights etc

Provide legal opinion & advice management on ongoing cases before all courts

Co-ordinate with Lawyers, Solicitors & Arbitrators & Brief Senior Counsels

Liaise with Municipality, Police department, licensing authorities, Contractors/vendors etc

Fluent in English, independently take charge of situation & resolve issues, leader

LLb, 6 - 8 years experience, 28-35 years of age, Rs. 15-18 lakhs per annum
