Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - FMCG

Urgent opening with one of the reputed FMCG Company based at Kolkata for Senior Manager Legal role. Candidates must have good experience in litigation, service tax, VAT, DMR Cases, Brand and Trademark cases.

- This role would be reporting to Head Legal of the company.

- Candidates must be LLB and at least 5+ years of experience.

We need candidates only from FMCG industry.

- Candidate must have good experience in litigation and someone exposed with court cases and competent to brief the lawyers on case points.

- Candidate must be from FMCG background.

- Candidate will be handle all legal cases of the company including VAT, Excise, Service Tax, Brand and Trademark cases, Drugs and DMR cases, ASCI matters etc.

- Candidate along with one reportee will be in charge of overall litigation.

- Candidate will interact with the lawyers and be technically assisted by the technical team of relevant areas.
