Senior Manager - Legal/Litigation - Real Estate - LLB

Sr. Manager/Legal Litigation role/Gurgaon location/MNC Real estate company

We are currently looking for a legal - Sr. manager role with one of the leading company in Real Estate.

Location : Gurgaon

Role : Legal manager

Designation : Sr. Manager

Report to : Head Legal

KRAs :

- Drafting, Vetting & negotiating Contract Agreements related to Real Estate , Project Management Agreements, lease agreements, RERA Agreements.

- Drafting of Legal Notices / Reply to the Legal Notices.

- Matters - Land, Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors, Government, Government Agencies, customers, other third parties etc.

- Good knowledge of and experience Real Estate Related laws (RERA)

- Briefing of Litigation documentation at various Legal forums - District Court, High Court, Supreme Court.

- Extensive briefing of and co-ordination with External Counsels Handling Litigation matters at various Legal forums

- Strategizing handling of Litigation at various Legal forums;

- Customer Documentation in line with RERA;

- Leasing Documentation in line with RERA;

- Marketing Documentation and review;

- RWA formation and further processes as per RERA;

- Reply to customer queries;

Legal Corporate Documentation, Transaction Documentation

- Handling of IBC Litigation at various Legal forums including but not limited to NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, Supreme Court;

- Settlement of issues of Customer Litigation and other litigation;

- RWA Matters and documentation;

- Facilities Handover Documentation.

Core Skill & Experience Requirements :

- Law Graduate from Law Schools, 8-12 years experience in a renowned real estate company.

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written.

- Thorough knowledge of prevailing laws especially related to real estate/ property.

- Good drafting and negotiation skills
