We are currently hiring a Senior Manager - Legal for a Top eCommerce Company in Bangalore.

Looking for candidates with the following skill sets :

- Candidates having experience in M&A activity, Structuring deals, commercial law, corporate law, transactional corporate matters, commercial contract management etc,

- Candidates from top Law colleges are required.

- Candidates working in Top Law firms are also preferred.

- Looking for an experience of 3 - 6 Years.
