CTC: Max 23 lacs, depending on current CTC hike will be given

Skills :

Position Purpose: Draft, amend and negotiate turbine supply and service contracts ensuring the attainment of preferred risk profile and successful commercial outcomes.

Key Accountabilities :

- Draft (front end) supply/install and service contracts

- Negotiate contracts with client's legal representatives

- Present and negotiate contractual requirements with internal stakeholders in Denmark and Melbourne

- Management of external service providers to ensure correct advice within expected cost constraints.

Contract :

- Draft (front end) construction and service contracts-Contracts developed to reflect risk profile business finds acceptable.

- Amend contracts- Negotiated contract points to align with business risk profile and commercial outcomes

- Presentation of contracts-Accurate and complete contracts presented to APC and Contract Review Function for analysis, review and approval

- External provider support management-Right advice is achieved within budgetary guidelines

Negotiations :

- Negotiate construction contracts with clients- Business risk profiles and commercial expectations are met

- Support commercial negotiations- Legal implications and concepts are explained and understood by commercial staff.

- Negotiate with client's external legal teams-Assertively negotiate company contractual risk requirements.

- General legal advice to business- Well defined solutions to legal issues
