Senior Manager - Legal Counsel

We are currently retained by leading IT Company to recruit Senior Manager Legal Counsel for Bangalore Location.

- As a Senior Manager Legal Counsel you will be primarily responsible for negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues; managing external counsel (as applicable); ensuring that all agreements are concluded.

- Must have excellent drafting skills: demonstrated experience with commercial transactions, specifically the drafting and negotiation of, but not limited to, the following types of agreements:

- Complex master outsourcing services and technology-related agreements;

- Software licensing agreements;

- Software reseller and services agreements;

- Sponsorship and marketing agreements;

- Teaming agreements;

- RFPs and RFIs;

- Settlement agreements ;

- Non-disclosure agreements;

- Statement of work(s) ;

- Subcontractor agreements;

- Cloud hosted services agreements;

- Employee transfer/re-badge jurisdictional issues.

- Background in outsourcing, information technology, data privacy, intellectual property, software licensing, export control compliance, SaaS, dispute/conflict resolution and litigation (preferred)
