Sr. Manager - Legal (Compliance)

Qualification : LLB degree

Reporting To : General Counsel

Job Overview : To lead and drive the legal compliance system, ensuring timely updation of the compliances in the compliance management system, carry out on-ground audit of the compliances, coordinate with the stakeholders, enhance the compliance eco-system, implement compliance management system (where required), optimize the processes to minimize risks and exposures.

Key Deliverables :

- Enhance legal compliance across the organization including its subsidiary companies.

- Ensure timely updation of legal updates in the compliance management system.

- Ensure redressal of the queries of the compliance performers.

- Drive and manage the compliance management system.

- Generate periodical reports and certificates in relation to compliance management systems.

- Ensure timely mapping of tasks to the concerned personnel.

- Impart training to the compliance management system users.

- Implement compliance management system, where required.

- Any other assignment as may be required in connection with driving the compliance management system.
