Senior Manager - Legal & Compliance - Financial Firm - CS/LLB (5-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing Minutes of Board Meeting and General Meeting of all the Group Companies;
- Complying with the Companies Act for all the Group Companies;
- Complying with FEMA and FDI Rules;
- Review, Drafting and Vetting of various types of Agreements;
- Advising on various legal aspects affecting the company;
- Liasioning with the Consultants for various compliances under Labour Laws, Factories Act, etc.;
- Filing of RCMC and other Returns on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis;
- Arranging the licensing, certificates required for opening factories in different locations;
Role Proficiencies / Skillset :
- Excellent knowledge of reporting
- Attention to details & analytical thinking, problem solving attitude, good in communication
- Leadership Skills
- Team Management
- Open to travel
- Flexible with work timings
- Excellent knowledge of Laws and Secretrial Compliances
- CS and LLB Qualified
