Sr. Manager Legal-Mumbai

Manager/Senior Manager.

Core Function :

Drafting, vetting, review and closure of contracts :

1. Service agreement, sales agreement, non-disclosure agreement, MOU, agreements shared by counterparties

2. RFP/Tender documents

3. Reinsurance treaties, bank guarantee

4. ISDA derivative documentation

5. Shareholders Agreements, SPA's and other investment based documentation

6. Any other contract.

Maintenance of database (record management)

Reporting data to the management.

1. Strong understanding of legal concepts; analytical skills and willingness to resolve issues

2. Good drafting skills in terms of drafting legal documents, vetting agreements, good communication skills.

3. Ability to communicate with business teams in non-legal legal language while delivering legal acumen

4. Proficiency in MS Word; willingness to learn and work on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint .
