Senior Manager - Legal - Banking

We currently are looking for a Legal professional with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking field/ reputed law firm with good exposure in

- Drafting of financial documents such as Facility Agreements, Debenture Trust Deed, Corporate Guarantee document, Mortgage Deed and other banking documents.

- Thorough knowledge in Securitization Act, IBC, Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Contract Act, Limitation Act and also having Knowledge of Registration Act and Stamp Acts of different state, with superior drafting skills.

- Experience in document review, drafting/ reviewing/negotiation of commercial terms of the sanction letters and general contracts

Responsibilities:

- Loan Documentation, co-ordination with banks/ financial institutions, NBFCs etc. relating to credit facilities of different nature as Commercially Agreed by the Corporate Finance Department.

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiation, due diligence of mortgage documents and commercial contracts.

- Property documentation, review and preparation of Risk/Liability Matrix
