Role:
- To conceive, design and execute development interventions to enhance capabilities of the managerial workforce.
- To anchor learning strategy creation, intervention list rationalization and other Talent Management and L&D projects.

Customer Base : Approx. 7500
Budget : 100 Mn
External Stakeholders: Learning Partners, Content Providers, Technology Partners
Internal Stakeholders:
- Business/Functional Heads, HR Heads, Business TMD Spocs & HRBPs, Leadership program participants, overall managerial employee population.
Requirement:
- MBA/ PGDBA with specialization in HR
- Relevant Training certifications - like ASTD, Train-the-Trainer.
- Experience in a leading consulting firm preferably working with Telecom clients in areas like Career pathing, succession planning, designing and implementation of TM projects.
