Job Title : Senior Manager of Learning & Organisational Development
Location : Delhi
Key Responsibilities :
- Should have designed Development Centres (DCs)
- Managed competency assessments
- Managed leadership developmental interventions
- Should have led Organisational Development diagnostics
- Should be responsible for training strategy
- Has driven employee engagement
- Has had experience in driving culture change
Requirements :
- MBA from a reasonably good B-school, preferably with specialisation in HR
- At least 8-10 years' work experience with the last 4+ years mandatorily in OD/TD. He/she should be necessarily responsible for OD/TD at present
