The Role:

.A role with the Learning team provides a unique opportunity to shape the most effective learning strategies and programs ultimately person will responsible for defining and evangelizing pedagogy, learning strategies, and best practices. To do this, Person will need to be deeply connected to the global field of corporate learning, staying on top of the latest research in learning and neuroscience, as well as successful industry trends, so that these can be incorporated into our approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the research function of internal Learning program

- Define the research agenda, defining specific questions to address, methodologies to do so, and internal/external partners

- Drive the execution of research programs, resulting in best-in-class insights to influence learning organization, across company.

- Effectively communicate research outcomes, key ideas, and recommendations with internal stakeholders and senior leaders

- Build presence, rapport, and credibility with both internal and external organizations to be recognized as a key expert in the field of learning sciences.

- Partner with key internal partners (the full companies Learning organization, Talent & Organization) as well as external partners (academic institutions and professional communities)

- Lead a team and be accountable for their management, engagement, and quality of service delivery

- Accountable for the annual and quarterly budget and financials, ensuring the learning investment is on target and being used responsibly

Skills Required:

- Deep learning and domain expertise

- Strong executive presence, and superb stakeholder management skills across all responsibilities

- Ability to write and edit effective research papers, briefs, and points of view representing company

- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, including strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data/analytics skills

- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships

- Proven ability to Influence, navigate and collaborate with senior business sponsors

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Thrive in a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of difficult situations

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/PG degree

- Minimum of 5 years of learning strategy experience, development of innovative learning solutions and research outcomes, problem-solving experience, influencing others, and leading a team

- 14 to 18Yrs
