KRA
- Drive Training need identification process across the organization
- Analyze identified training needs
- User administration on LMS
- Query resolution for the Learners & Training Partners
- Content management
- Content quality check
- Work with SCM team to identify Service Providers with the right capability to deliver online training content for technical trainings
- Partner onboarding
- L&D programs management
- Socialize the L&D programs amongst the Learner goups
- Certification of invoices which are submitted by the Vendor Partner
- Leadership Development - Registration for MDP courses,Communication & feedback
- Create frameworks for different induction & orientation programs for new joiners, GETs & MTs etc.
- Ensure timely reporting of L&D metrics through MIS, dashboards, Power BI reports etc. to the stakeholders.
- Monthly reporting for Board updates, Internnal Fraud control measures and other audit and compliance specific report outs for L&D metrics
- Connect and influence vital stakeholders including Leaders, Facilitators, External Training Partners, HR Business Partners
