Our client is a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop and drive the L&D and TM strategy for the unit
- Responsible to diagnose and understand current and potential future talent learning needs
- Continuously monitor, assess, and build on existing L&D frameworks as per the learning needs
- Conceptualise, design and develop various learning journeys and identify competencies accordingly
- Design, develop and facilitate learning programs and interventions
- Work closely with HR and the business to ensure effective implementation of learning interventions and programs
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of learning frameworks and interventions
Skills & Expertise:
- 7-10 years of strong experience; Consulting background is preferred
- Master's degree in HR from Tier 1/ Tier 2 institutions
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong conceptual clarity and understanding
- Ability to work proactively in an unstructured and dynamic set-up
Location: Navi Mumbai
