Senior Manager - Learning & Development/Organization Development - Internet/Online

- Organisation Development Manager is the go to person for all things HR development.

- He/She acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across.

- The OD manager plans, develops, implements and administers and periodically monitors HR programs for company employees.

- This position is also responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

- It needs a hands-on strategic executive with the ability to set up and lead the HR OD function from ground zero for the Organisation.

- A deep understanding of the functions of the company and how the roles play a part to fulfilling the functional responsibility is needed to chalk out the extensive training and development plan for over all functional growth as well as the individual.

- You are also responsible for upkeep, and periodic review of strengths, skillset, improvement areas of every individual, role across the company to be able to derive the implementations necessary across the firm.

- Close working with the other HR functions such as recruitment is a daily job in order to ensure the onboarded candidates get the first best experience in being immersed into the brand.

- Their further follow through w.r.t. to the induction schedules, and further productivity & performance guarantee is a responsibility in this role.
