- Plan & implement L&D initiatives across locations including mentoring senior management, change management, diversity, team building, work/life balance, conflict resolution etc
- Work closely with Business Heads & stakeholders for training need analysis, goal setting, planning refresher courses, re-learning calendar and training ROI
- Build corporate training calendar, develop external trainers, plan off & on-site training
- Career & succession planning, mentoring & competency mapping for HODs on functional & leadership skills
- Identify star performer in each vertical & for the higher role including cross-functional opportunities
- Technical & soft skills training, create modules, train the trainers, follow up & monitor training results; develop functional training eg.Fire, Life, Safety training
- Create strong employee communication channel beyond the portal
- Do not want only a trainer; self driven, concept to implementation, roll out plans; travel to outstation locations
