About the job:


Response is the Marketing and Sales function of the Company and contributes 90% to the Company's topline. The function has more than 1100 employees who are engaged in business planning, business development, revenue assurance, fulfilment of client orders, and sales capability building. The function uses world class processes, cutting edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.

L&D Team:

- Response L&D Team is focused around the development of individuals as well as the team through a range of Learning interventions. These interventions are built with the aim of enabling members of Response to achieve their business goals, meet future challenges and build capacity for change.

- This team is a critical component and is responsible for designing and implementing Response specific training.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Strategic Direction :

- Taking inputs from stakeholders to identify development areas, basis their business goals

- Identifying learning initiatives to match the development areas

Content Creation :

- Designing, developing & customization of training content / module in line with the business plans

- Continuous updating of existing programs

Workshop Facilitation :

- Facilitating workshops pan India

- Comfortable doing Virtual workshop

MIS and Logistics :

- Ensuring updating of database

- Participant identification and nomination

- Coordination with respective branches and verticals

- Logistics coordination with the branches / respective stakeholders

Research and Self Development :

- Knowledge of Content creation

- Certified trainer

- Developing case studies, role plays for various subjects

- Professional courses and seminars attended

- Market trends and analysis

- Professional courses and seminars attended

- Creating ABC & IRS case studies for training-based sales pitches

- Familiar with application of modern training methodology

L&D Eco System :

- Manage L&D eco system internally within the organization and with external stakeholders/partners.

- Continuous improvement of people, process, technologies and tools needed in L&D.

- Managing partnerships in L&D space with external provider.

- Identifying new trends in market for applicability within the organization and implementing the identified and approved tools / technologies / products / systems.

- Ensure highest and best employee (user) experience.

- Develop and manage appropriate learning KPIs / measurements and analytics.
