Responsibilities
Learning and Development:
- Coordinate Competency development in coordination with BLT, external experts and AP.
- Facilitate learning of competencies across organization.
- Lead / coordinate assessment of individuals on identified competencies.
- Implement competencies-based processes in Hiring, development plans, performance assessment.
- Track and implement competency development programs.
- Develop on boarding plans for new employees and the transferred employees.
- Plan and coordinate for technical and professional skills development
- Develop and coordinate to execute training calendars.
- Develop tools and implement to measure training effectiveness.
Competencies :

- Knowledge and Skills about manpower planning models.

Education :
- Post Graduate Qualification in HR from premier institute.
- Experience - 12-15 years from Manufacturing or Automobile industry setup.
