Educational Qualification - Graduate/PG in any stream /discipline
- Certified trainer from Dale Carnegie/DDI/ hero Mindmine /a reputed organization
- Certification in Instructional System Design
- Certification in behavioral training from ISABS/an organization of repute
- Certification in Coaching will be an added advantage
- Exposure/experience in E-learning will be an advantage
Any relevant Professional Certification required NA
Total Years of Experience : 8-10 Years of Experience relevant to this position.
Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct TNA and prepare annual training calendar for the three group companies
- Design and run MDP and LDP
- Design and organize/ conduct training programs for employees at middle and junior levels
Technical Skills :
(Job related) Good Knowledge of MS Office
