One with prior experience in Organizational Development & Change Management would be preferred.

- One would be responsible for consistently designing, delivering and measuring effectiveness of learning interventions.
- One would be responsible for working closely with the stakeholders.
- One would be taking care of creating structured self-paced learning content focused on the functional and behavioral competencies.
- Responsible for creating awareness about the development opportunities across the organization.
- Managing the large-scale learning programs by creating structured project and communication plans.
- Designing and delivering learning interventions across modalities.
- One would be taking care of end to end L&D process.
- Collaborating with zonal & regional teams to align & deploy domain & functional skilling programs
- Proven experience for at least 8+ years of experience.
- Solid project management & organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving and ability to work comfortably with data.
- One with great stakeholder management exposure would be preferred.
