- Design, develop and Deliver immersive learning programs
- Experience in formulating L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities
- Learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs
- Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements
- Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions
- Manage the planning, design, and implementation / delivery of all learning and development requirements
- Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures
