Learning and Development Manager Lead/Senior Manager

Qualification: MBA from a premier Institute

Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development

- As a Senior Manager 2, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Helping the OU meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.

- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.

- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

- Working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions. - Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.

- Work with Other Senior Managers and cluster leads to identify appropriate training requirements for their respective clusters/markets.

- Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to lack of skill sets.

- Manage and support the Private leader in leading the expansion and growth in the overall Corporate practice.

- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

- Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams.

- Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.

- Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

People Responsibilities:

- Recommend process improvements for Learning & Development.

- Responsible for reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.

- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

- Responsible for conducting train the trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.

- Managing the Learning & Development budget.

- Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.

- Build and foster high quality relationship with the US L&D teams Leadership Attributes - Being positive, open minded, objective and agile with change.

- Quickly comprehend complexity and demonstrate humility.

- Inspire, develop and champion others to make a positive impact.

- Be able to create an environment to help optimize the energy of others to sustain high performance and drive transformational change.

- Guided by Company's values, principles and ethics Operational

- Experience of developing quality framework and monitoring quality on a regular basis. - Work with the team closely to closely monitor overall performance.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence

- Providing insight on process improvements

- Handling change management and transition

Soft skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with tax professionals of diverse backgrounds.

- Positive attitude to learn and grow Experience preferable in these areas:

- Experience in leading the Learning & Development teams of other Big4 in India would be of added advantage

- Good knowledge of latest Learning & Development trends & software.

- Experience of leading large teams and a desire to actively develop team members
