Senior Manager - Learning & Development - ITeS/BPO (10-18 yrs)

The client is in the ITES/BPO industry and is looking at hiring a Sr. Manager - Learning & Development for their team at Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders on key strategic priorities; provide input into aligning Talent Development strategy with business goals

- Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities

- Involve in capacity planning of learning programs prior to fiscal start, working closely with other teams to establish processes

- Act as a learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals


- Plan and run key leadership and professional development programs at partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams. This includes vendor management , participation, facilitator onboarding, train the trainer workshops and end to end program management on the day of the program

- Review program effectiveness by keeping track of regular attendance/ no-shows

- Ensure world class practitioner experience through seamless delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI

- Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners

- Design and rollout key stakeholder and practitioner communications such as TTT and program schedules, practice-wide communications, learning SPOCs communications, etc.

- Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management

Content Development & Efficacy:

- Own quality and standard of content/ courses developed

- Implement a robust model of job role-based career frameworks and career learning paths to align courses

- Ensure high-level instructional design to develop lesson plans and facilitator guides for scalable standardized training

Qualification, Experience, Skills:

- 10+ years of deep experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development in an array of organizations focused on international markets.

- Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management

- Strong understanding of L&OD practices and methodologies

- Relevant experience in executing learning strategy/processes
