Responsible for applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development. 5. Designing a range of learning interventions across levels and culture of continuous professional development. 6. Responsible for facilitating and delivering learning interventions for better outcomes. 7. Responsible for supporting the implementation of global talent development initiatives. 8. One would be taking care of positive and inclusive onboarding process for new hires, including new hire orientation. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proven experience for at least 8+ years of experience in Leadership Training & Coaching. 2. Solid project management & organizational skills 3.
