Senior Manager - Learning & Development (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role:
- Learning Partnership Business partnership to ensure learning growth of associates, consultant to the business.
- Ability to closely work with business to understand the business challenge & should be able to convert it into appropriate learning solution
- Training Need Analysis, Training co-ordination & effectiveness measurement
- Managing end-to-end execution of external, internal training & Management development programs
- Exploring alternate learning vehicles such as online skill soft courses, online technical libraries, video screening, Library etc.
- Training program delivery (Certifications preferred).
- End to end project management for L&D initiatives
- New Joiners Induction, Compliance Trainings
- Creating pool of external learning partners
- Trainer Evaluation, Vendor empanelment
- Monthly L&D calendar based on training needs
- L&D Budget tracking & Monitoring
- Internal Branding - Design communication mailers, teasers to brand/publicize the training programs, L&D events to create a visibility of the function within the organization
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 12-17 yrs of experience in L&D in an IT Company/ IT Captive
- Learning design - Blooms Taxonomy, ADDIE philosophy
- Technical skills - Storyboarding, Articulate or Captivate
- Psychometry certifications (MBTI, Business Chemistry etc.) preferred
- Competency development experience
- Knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel is must
- Excellent communication skills & Customer centricity required.
