Job Title: Senior Manager - Learning & Development
Experience: 12+ years
Location: Gurgaon (5 days a week from office)
Responsibilities:
1. Learning Program Leadership:
- Develop and lead the overall learning strategy for the organization.
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that align with business goals.
2. Content Creation and Delivery:
- Create engaging and impactful learning content, including but not limited to e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials.
- Deliver training sessions using various methodologies, ensuring effectiveness and learner engagement.
3. Behavioral & Leadership Training:
- Utilize extensive experience in behavioral and leadership training to design and facilitate programs that enhance organizational leadership capabilities.
- Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and tailor programs accordingly.
4. Learning Technology Integration:
- Stay updated on learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
- Integrate technology-driven solutions to optimize the learning experience.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and align programs with organizational objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure support for learning initiatives.
6. Evaluation and Measurement:
- Establish metrics and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree in HR, Education, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Proven experience of 12+ years in Learning & Development, with a focus on content creation and delivery.
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering behavioral and leadership training programs.
- Strong understanding of learning technologies and their integration into training initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Certifications in learning and development or related areas are desirable.
