The ideal candidate will have experience leading, delivering, and managing a variety of learning programs that are both scalable and sustainable in a global organization. The Global Learning and Development Senior Manager will develop and champion learning-related initiatives across the business. You will identify training needs and, with your team, design tailored, engaging learning programs that drive productivity. This includes development of on-demand learning content, performance support materials, and instructor-led content. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about learning. What you'll be doing : - Deliver a full curriculum of programs, including function-specific and employee development content focused on career and professional skills - Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts within sales, professional services, R&amp;D and other departments to create training needs assessments, identify learning needs and build custom learning solutions - Build innovative formal and informal learning tools, resources, and programs that enhance organizational success - Design and deliver on-demand learning materials, resources, and other learning activities - Ensure the successful administration of the learning management system - Oversee program administration including scheduling, communications, material production, and participant tracking - Design and administer robust company and department onboarding programs - Facilitate instructor-led trainings including classroom, workshop, and other training initiatives - Evaluate effectiveness and impact of training programs for continuous improvement - Mentor and grow a team of talented learning professionals and collaborate with learning contacts outside of the Global Learning Team. What you should bring : - Bachelors- Degree (adult education, training, HR, or related degree). Masters preferred. - 10+ years of successful learning and delivery experience - Experience in adult learning principles, technology, and e-learning - Demonstrated success building strong relationships that foster a trusting, inclusive and collaborative environment - Ability to influence and build consensus/alignment at all levels throughout the organization - Experience in the Learning &amp; Development area with demonstrated success in building learning and development strategy that is scalable - Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of leadership - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment to meet aggressive timelines - Continuous Learning; stays current on the learning best practices and industry trends.
