Experience - Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in L&amp;D domain from General Insurance background. Education - Full-time MBA. Job Description - 1. To coordinate with the zonal business leaders and help in conducting the TNI process in the zone. 2. To implement the annual training plan for the business for the zone. 3. Coordinate and Conduct various classroom programs as per the annual training calendar from time to time. 4. To develop content for various classroom training programs basis the guidelines from the L&amp;D Head. 5. To implement the learning architecture/models, e.g. e-learning, for changing business priorities in the Zone. 6. Drive completion percentages of the various web-based learning programs developed for the zone. 7. Responsible for Training of all Zonal distribution teams. 8. Plan, schedule and calendarize training programs at various locations in the Zone. 9. Adhere to assigned budget for all L&amp;D activities in the zone. 10. Maintain Training MIS for all L&amp;D activities for the company. Competencies : 1. Excellent Communication Skills. 2. Strong Motivator &amp; man management skills. 3. Thorough understanding of the Insurance sector and the Agency Model. 4. Has strong background understanding of E-Learning Modules. 5. Ability to connect oneself at a cross-functional level.
